I wanted to send this email as I feel it is important to give good feedback when it is due; so many people take it for granted. In my opinion your staff are an asset and represent you with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. It could be said that it wasn’t just the property that helped make our minds up it was the whole experience and feel of the service given.
